Tried a collection agency once about 8 years ago and it seemed to be more trouble than it was worth. I did have good results in small claims court once this year. Pretty straight forward if you have all of your facts in order, and if the defendant doesn't bother to show up, the judge automatically rules in your favor (at least that's how it is in Nebraska). A court judgment on their credit record is far worse than an unpaid invoice. -- Mick Johnson, R.P.T.
