[pianotech] S&S Damper thump

I once had this problem on an O where the culprit turned out to mainly 
be the bass dampers. I was able to determine this by using the sostenuto 
to hold all 26 bass dampers raised whilst thumping away at the sustain 
pedal and seeing (hearing) that the noise was much reduced. I used a 
blanket to dampen the bass strings while I did this. Changing out the 
just the bass pads cured 90% of the problem.
