Hi John & Julia, It turns out it was just a pencil lying in such a way that it was causing the key to bind. I had to take the key cover off and reach in a little and there it was waiting for someone to set it free. lol I thought about it this morning and read about the sostenuto, and thought the tab could have been grabing the blade. I was so glad I didn't have to spend time taking the piano apart because my wife was on a tight schedule to get back to pick the kids up. It was a 45 minute drive each way. I'm glad that pencil saved the day. lol Marshall Marshall Gisondi Piano Technician Marshall's Piano Service pianotune05 at hotmail.com 215-510-9400 www.phillytuner.com Graduate of The School of Piano Technology for the Blind www.pianotuningschool.org Vancouver, WA -------------- next part -------------- An HTML attachment was scrubbed...
