What about repairs? Emergency calls? Hourly rates? Pitch adjustments? Follow up visits on repairs/regulation/ replaced strings, etc? Cover anything that might possibly happen and put it in writing. The turnings will be done quarterly, with three tunings to be provided on or about the first business day of March, June, September and December. First Self-Righteous Church agrees to remit quarterly payments by check in the amount of (3 times $xx), payable within 14 days after the tunings have been done. I suppose I will print out something like this and arrange to meet with the folks at the church, give them the opportunity to suggest any changes, and then print two copies of the final version to be signed, one for my files and one for them to keep.
