I worked for a Kimball dealer in the late '70's/early'80's & I know whereof
I speak.
Yes, there are exceptions but for every studio with a Langer action I see 2
consolettes.

I know the Kimballs were approaching the quality of Baldwin, surpassing it
in fact, toward the end but they realized it actually cost money to do that
& that's why they quit.
