[pianotech] grand dampers

Not sure what problems this would present to the next tech. if I understand
correctly, you glued on a screw to add mass with CA. Such a screw could
easily be broken off if desired. Seems like it would be about the same as
epoxying on a lead weight, just quicker and dirtier.
