On a B in a piano prof's studio back at UA, I actually super glued little 
crews to each 
damper lever. It did the trick and the prof never noticed.

I've ben working on an S&S model M that has had new dampers recently installed.

strings), but I'm still getting bleed on the bichords. I'm ready to explore 
dding 
weight to the dampers levers, but that feels like cheating. Any input from 
nyone 
would be greatly appreciated.
