I have a pdf of a catalog from the Pianoteile site that lists 
3.8x54mm key pins, which sounds just like what you've got. 
Otherwise, I'd shim in a set of 0.146" pins (drilled deeper as 
necessary), and size the balance hole and bushings to fit.
