[pianotech] Wing Nuts

I use slip-joint pliers, using kind of a twisting motion from the end... as
opposed to trying to get them awkwardly over the wings and turning it like a
wrench. They get good 'n snug that way, and I've never had one break. (Not
since I quit trying to use pliers like a wrench, that is!)
