[pianotech] Drilling Pinblocks from the bottom

It makes more sense to me to use a composite block, with a 
layer of high density material on top of a low density block. 
Drilling for the high density block guarantees that the block 
is tighter at the top than at the bottom. And you can do it in 
the piano.
