I am having a hard time visualizing, how a curling decal, could have an effect, on hammer action?

  Hello,

Here is my dilemma. A new client called me today and tells me that her 8 year old baby grand piano's decal is curling and affecting the hammer action. It has been that way "for a while".

What is the best way to reattach the decal? Would it be better to remove it completely and put a new one on?

  Thank you for your advice.
