I would not call it a nice job either... Judging by the photo, the drilling angle is not very constant either. It gives the feeling to be prone to flagpoling. I'd drive them all in to be sure. I personally prefer 2.5 coils to 3 or more, and becket alignment is a non-performance cosmetic concern. I'd call it at least an unfinished job, with the coils left so high.
