I personally prefer 2.5 coils to 3 or more, and becket 
alignment is a non-performance cosmetic concern. I'd call it 
at least an unfinished job, with the coils left so high. Oh, 
and they likely wouldn't be "loose" if the pinblock had been 
drilled at a more reasonable angle.
