Again, that's not the issue. The issue is whether a dealer can stipulate that a warranty on a piano is only valid as long as his authorized tech services the instrument on a regular basis. That means tuning, regulating, voicing. We're not talking about factory installations or warranty repairs, simply whether the warranty can be declared null and void because someone else tunes the piano. We had a tech that did them for a long time. Then all of a sudden, he - can't - do them anymore. In other words, the Pianodisc was not warrantied unless it was installed at a piano dealer certified by Pianodisc.
