steinway spinet jack springs

Does anyone know where to get steinway spinet jack springs?  Steinway
doesn't sell them anymore and the ones from Schaff don't fit.  I don't want
to drill out every hole if I don't have to.  I need a 3/4" tall spring w/ an
outside diameter of 3/16" at the bottom.  The ones Schaff sells are 7/32"
Any info is appreciated.
