Someone already suggested the plate screws.  We have found on many new 
pianos right off the truck loose plate screws at the bottom of the plate. 
The only access to these srews is to remove the bottom board.  They are very 
loose.  Tightening these screws stopped not only buzzs, but a multitude of 
other sins. We do this as routine on all pitch raises.
