grand hinge to rim screws stripped

hi,Jessica!   I do a lot of hinge repairs and I like to plug stripped  
screw holes with shoe-makers Pegs [available from Schaff}///Also,to  
prevent it from happening-it pays to install the lid catcher as an  
extra precaution....Hope,it helps...isaac
