One suggestion that will make any piano better in the SHORT run (and of 
course, over the long haul, as Marcel points out) in the school system: 
DAMPP CHASERS!!!

	I agree 100% on the Damppchaser Suggestion---BUT---- I can't get any
school to keep the system plugged in much less filled with water.
	One director of a prestigious private school here has recently
assigned a student the responsibility. I will report back ---
