Good pianos for schools?

Likewise, mostly, and even that very rare working and semi 
maintained system gets unplugged and/or unfilled when they 
shut the heat off and go on Christmas break. Then there's 
spring break, June, July, and half of August. You don't win 
this game, you just get to pay to watch the wheel go round.
