pitman retrofit

I've been using this method for years. The rod is scrap pedal rod
and there is no need to remove the felt lining the hole. The old
pitman is measured and the rod is cut to length accordingly.
There are no holes to drill in the lever or tray, simply position
and glue the end blocks with the rod in place.
