?My 1994 Ford Explorer Scout has 189,000 miles on it. It's paid for.? I did a cost estimate and concluded that gas would have to be over $10.00 per gallon before I would save any money with a new hybrid. So...? I changed the air filter, got a tune up, started? adding the extra mileage boost stuff at Wal-Mart gas, and started hyper-driving. I went from 17 mpg around town and 19 mpg? highway???? to 20 mpg town and 22.5 mpg highway. Not too bad..? Well worth the effort...?
