Using the lyre, as everybody sugests is the easiest way to tilt it,  
and also the easiest way to break the lyre and/or bend/curve the key  
bed. The lyre is not constructed to carry weight nor the key bed. You  
can have problems later bedding the key frame. The best piano movers  
do it without the lyre, but that's more dificult. I always do it  
without the lyre…
