Why - Yes - So - Your box is 8 foot long by 5 feet wide by 6 inches wide.

Where did you go to school? You can't have two dimensions of wide, now
can you?

So you mean your box is 8 foot long by 5 feet wide by 6 inches *thick or
deep*

Now, doesn't this make more sense!
