There are likely about as many ways to build a drying box as there are piano soundboards in this world. That being said, a couple pictures at my attempt at soundboard drying box building. Mine is attached to the wall. If you wish to attach yours to the ceiling, that may be just fine, but don't worry about panels curling up - they don't. All that you really need to do is build it big enough to fit the largest panel you plan on building (8-foot long by 5-feet wide is a good idea) and wide enough to let air circulate around it. I think my box is about six inches wide. The front has two doors that hinge at each end - they open in the middle. Below is picture of box interior. I insulated mine with 3/4" foam panel insulation. You can see a large continuous-duty 120V computer fan (Radio Shack) in the upper-left corner for air circulation. You don't have to make it air-tight. In fact, you need to have some ventilation to let the excess water vapor out of the box. I have draw clamps at the top and bottom in the middle of where my two front doors meet - I only use the top one to clamp doors shut - the bottom stays open an inch or so - you need that to let moisture out. I have several DC rods in the bottom of my box as a heat source. The DC rods are regulated with a reptile thermostat (about $30 and works great - has a remote sensor). Then I have a good hygrometer to monitor RH. Anything else?
