The carn'd beef has been simmerin' all day now, and is starting to flake apart, sure to be melt-in-your-mouth delicious and the veggies are aboot to go in. Had a few wee drams of the 15 y/o Glenlivet already... The Guinness is chillin' along with my favorite, Newcastle Brown Ale. Friends will be over for a fine repast soon.
