What's a fair price to charge for tuning a piano

Hi Avery,
For some reason ,he can't stand it when the other guy tunes.  I was playing 
them kinda loud to get a feel for their sequence. I listen soft and loud at 
times.  I know in some ways could tune better than the guy who  just gives 
it a pass with the Sanderson and does unisons, but maybe not.  Who knows.
