Hi Wayne,

Yep, that cover is good for "carrying" the piano as you say with no lid,
etc, and is fantastic on spiral stair cases, fragile stairs, etc

Pianoplan and wooden stairs... dont really mix (unless the stairs are made
of nice strong oak for instance (or similar).

One person can put any grand back on its legs and vicerversa on their own
(i do it all the time, even with the D's, although an extra hand for those
is always gratefull...). You don't need to be that strong, helps being
tall (although you can use a pallet or something to stand on), having the
right technique and of course using the lyre!

Pianoplan has also got a stair-roller thingy on top so that you can put an
upright on n off by yourself easily, or put a grand on the trolley or
viceversa, loading in the van and thus freeing the machine for the next
job, etc
