"Grandeur" and/or "Marshal" pianos

Hello all,

I work part-time for a music store that sells used pianos (primarily)on
consignment. We used to be a Young Chang dealer but are no longer, so we
don't have a NEW piano line. We are considering going with the "Marshal" line
of pianos from China, which used to be known as "Grandeur". Their
representative claims that their quality is on a par with Young Chang, but not
quite as good as Yamaha. They have a 10 year guarantee. He's so confident
that we'll like them that he's offering to ship them free and ship them back
free so that we can take a risk-free look. Any thoughts or experiences on
these brands?

Our market is particularly frugal and our budgets are likewise modest, to say
the least. So while it might be NICE to be a high-end piano dealer, it's not
in the cards for us for the foreseeable future.

Also, they sell "grey-market" Yamahas and Kawais. What are the pitfalls of
getting those to resell?

Thanks for your input!

John Dorr
