Up until five or so years ago, Jansen made these with several different keys. Now they are the same key for all. So if it's a recent model a replacement key is a snap. If the key you possess is a hardware store duplicate, there may be a little trial and error to position the key in the tumbler. Call Jansen for advise. -- Regards, Jon Page
