Can you tell us what "flat-strung" pianos have a good scale? And if you'd have
pictures too...

A couple of flat-strung Chickering grands come to mind. One of these in
particular (which received a new, redesigned soundboard, a new scale on new
bridges and a new action) was particularly sweet. The scaling was relatively
low-tension for a nearly nine-foot piano and so was the sound.
