My name missing in 'To line' as received from pianotech

Using Microsoft Outlook when I get posts from Pianotech, my name never
appears in the 'To line'.   Instead the 'To  line' says Pianotech which
doesn't make a lot of sense since it was sent To "me" FROM Pianotech.

    The problem is, it hampers  sorting of email, especially  because
the spam that slips past my ISP, NEVER has my name in the To line.  So
when I make a rule that says "delete any email that does not have my
name in the to line"  all the pianotech goes to the delete bin.  Ok,
there are the "exceptions" options but---botheration. I subscribe to
other email lists that obey that rule without going through the
exceptions process, (which is really tedious because you have to check
it for every day for two weeks to see if you didn't miss any
"exceptions").  Can Pianotech put my name put my name in the "To line"
?
