My name missing in 'To line' as received from pianotech

Richard,

This is the standard way that most email lists work.  If your name appeared 
under "To", so would every other subscriber's... quite a list!

My rule moves email where "To" contains "Pianotech" or files@ptg.org to a 
given folder.
