Conrad, Yeah, things have changed, I believe. There is a new sense of optimism. Corruption is on a rapid decline. The city is getting cleaner. Murder is down. We are becoming a film industry Mecca, overtaking Vancouver with major films shot here.....Ray, the new best picture was filmed here....so things are looking up here in the northernmost banana republic.
