Damper trimming

[James Grebe]

At Steinway prices and claims , they should be 100% when they are unpacked.
An observation, it seems like the "Crown Jewel Collection" pianos are always 
better than the regular pianos of the same model even though the extra cost 
is for the fancier wood.
