Yes & by in large mine were mostly positive as well with the exception of a
few tense words about the deadline concerning parts being returned & I had
to go over her head once to get her to back off. I didn't concder that
occasion very good personal service.
Defective parts are defective wether it's 30 or 60 days. I don't
consider giving a faithful client a hard time on such an issue personal service.
That's where I'm coming from
