Customer call backs/reminders

Outlook is quite useful. I use the calendar and contact sections for keeping
track of appointments and clients. It syncs(and at times sinks:-( ) with my
IPAQ, which also has Tunelab and Mapopolis in it. With my cell phone and the
handheld, my office is wherever I choose it to be--like a nice table outside
at the local Peet's coffee! Having a change of scene is nice when making those
calls and planning my route.

And numerous are the times when I just turn off the whole electronic thing
and go for a bike ride! It's great being self-employed, isn't it?
