Arguments for regular servicing of piano

Hello All,
Usually if the piano is not serviced on a 3-6 month to
yearly basis or even bi-yearly its because no one
plays the instrument. So what are the logical,
compelling arguments for having the piano serviced
regularly that will motivate such an owner to do the
right thing by their piano? Perhaps, suggesting they
sell it or asking if they would be interested in
selling would be appropriate. Maybe they'd get more
out of a new home entertainment system or whatever...
Then perhaps you can guide an interested party into
taking ownership and make yourself a loyal customer in
the process.

Best regards,
Clyde Allen
