Julie, I'm sorry, I didn't read your post accurately; if the dampers are lifting late then you should consider the possibility that the damper felt may be too hard. If that were the case, replacing the set of dampers would solve the problem, but this may well be getting too expensive for your client, as you were already suggesting. Patrick
