Elian, That's exactly why so many are PO'd at Baldwin (I have over 1,000 other reasons, all $). They only bought their assets, NOT their liabilities and as far as I've seen, warranty service is one of the liabilities! :-( After the way they've treated their long-time dealers and people that did work for them in good faith that they'd get paid (yeah, right), I personally don't want to have anything more to do with them! And I "used" to like Baldwin, I even owned one!
