Hello Phil I am working for a store in Miami which also carries Baldwin. I have had no time to follow the thread, but I just saw the message, and let me tell you about an Incident i had. I had a client calling on me because he bought a Baldwin several years ago and never got the warranty tuning, (in the times when Baldwin was changing hands) The store where he bought it closed also, I called Baldwin, and their answer was they were not putting up with any warranty prior to their actual production. Myself, I am not sure I agree with that position, and I would like to be sure they keep up with their actual warranties ----- Original Message ----- From: "Phil Bondi" <phil@philbondi.com> To: "Pianotech" <pianotech@ptg.org> Sent: Thursday, April 15, 2004 7:52 AM Subject: Re: Baldwin Warranty > Until I hear that Baldwin actually supports this claim, I'm not saying a > word to my clients about it. > > call me an un-trusting ex NY-er recovering Yankee, > Phil Bondi(Fl) > > _______________________________________________ > pianotech list info: https://www.moypiano.com/resources/#archives
