I find Seilers to need firm hammers that require touch up voicing
frequently. They can easily get really bright, and that brightness does
not work well in the mid treble which has a kind of nasal hollowness to
it from the get go. I think the bass on Seilers is very nice indeed tho,
and the high treble has a nice singing qualitly to it. Get a good set of
hammers on these, and keep them voiced and they are pretty well
performing instruments.
