Double drilling - was Tuning pin choice

Thanks a bunch Roger. I have heard stories about the need to install pins within x minutes or the torque will be way off, etc. But then, that is likely from someone that just bought a block from Quebec in the summer where the block was stored outside and drilled it in Death Valley.
