Double drilling - was Tuning pin choice

Hi Terry,
                Torque tends to be very even at about 110inch/lbs, as far 
as you can tell with the primitive torque wrenches.  I have always gone 
with 2/0 blued pins.  I may have done one in nickle but am not sure.  Just 
finished an open face block and it is nice.
Time elapse varies from 3 or 4 days, to 3 weeks. depending weather the case 
is being refinished.
Have not noticed a big difference in torque.
I'm happy with the results using 2/0 pins. so I doubt that I will change.
The times I have measured torque, has been after I have chipped and tuned 
several times.
