Double drilling - was Tuning pin choice

Hello Roger! What kind of torque to you get with your methodology? Do you ever use 1/0 pins on the bolduc blocks on pianos with a full plate web and no tuning pin bushings - as with Steinway and Baldwin? How much time passes between drilling and installing pins? Have you noticed any significant fit/torque difference when time between drilling and pin installation is increased or decreased? Thanks.
