How to fix a broken bottom board on an upright?

I can't see any damage in the photos except for the missing right rear wheel. Can't see any broken wood. Better photos?

And Gordon - I see that it is not a Knabe - yes, the plate extends down to the bottom, but there is no bottom flange on the piano with screws that go in through the bottom (in a plane parallel to the soundboard).
