My first Pearl River

Hello,

I'm a newish piano tech who has been called to service (sticky keys, but no
tuning as the owner does not know how to play???) a Pearl River baby grand
that the owner purchased in Atlanta 3 years ago.  Pearl River's have just
begun to be sold in my area and I have not serviced one yet.  Is there
anything special I should know about them other than the usual stuff for
cheap Chinese made entry level pianos?  Anything special to remove case
parts, action, etc?  Thanks in advance.  I really appreciate this list and
the contributors.
