Cost of living. Here in the sticks (hicks?) I'm competing with $40 rates, in
some cases. Then again, housing here probably costs a third or less
(guessing) than costs on either coast. I'd reveal what I charge, but we
don't want to get in trouble for collusion and price fixing, let's just say
that it's somewhere in the $64 to $66 range.
