  Three things come to my mind:


  1) Where the jack tip slips out from the hammer butt leather
      (use MicroFine Teflon Powder)
  2) Where the capstan contacts the wippen cushion
      (the powder or Protek CLP)
  3) Where the balance rail pin contacts the key bushing
      (Protek CLP)
