Is the music rack felt lined on the glides?  How about where the front 
stretcher meets the sides.
Glide rails rubbing on case and the piano flexes.

Is the lid open (front half - back), the buttons or finish could be rubbing.

If it's coming from the legs and the case has been buffered, then look at 
the solidity of the tenon.

Perhaps the lid braces are causing this.
