After a while, you can position the mute without really looking ,just knowing how far to move it,and feel it drag on the next two strings. I remember you (I think) saying something about the pitch changing,from one string tuned,to two tuned together,to three together.(In one of your classes).I have noticed this,as the three together will be flatter,than the one string by it's self.
